What we collect

When you call our number or submit the callback form, we collect the information needed to route your request: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the service you describe. Our website also collects standard technical data (IP address, pages viewed, device type) through server logs and analytics.

How we use it — the plain version

Your contact details exist for one purpose: connecting you with an independent, third-party restoration contractor whose registered service area covers your ZIP code. When you call or submit a request, we share your name, number, ZIP, and service need with that contractor (and, where routing requires it, with our call-routing and lead-distribution partners) so they can contact you about your request. That is the transaction this website exists to perform, and it is disclosed on every page.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your information to data brokers or unrelated marketers.
  • We do not add your number to marketing lists unrelated to your service request.
  • We do not require consent to telemarketing as a condition of getting service.

Calls and texts (TCPA)

Submitting the callback form with the consent box checked authorizes RestorationResponder and the matched independent contractor to contact you by phone and/or text at the number provided, including via automated technology and prerecorded messages, about your service request. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can always simply call us instead. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; ask any caller to be removed and we honor it.

Call recording

Calls to or from the number on this site, or from a matched contractor or routing partner, may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and verification where permitted by law. In states that require all-party consent, you will be notified at the start of the call and may decline to continue.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics — which may include Google Analytics delivered through Google Tag Manager — to understand which pages help people. We do not sell your browsing data and do not run cross-site advertising or remarketing pixels. Your browser's Do Not Track and cookie controls work as expected here, and if a cookie-consent tool is present you can manage preferences through it.

Data retention and your rights

Lead records are kept only as long as needed for routing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or its deletion, by contacting us at the phone number on this site. Residents of states with privacy statutes (California, Colorado, Virginia, and others) may exercise their rights the same way — we do not discriminate for doing so.

Children

This service is for property owners and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will update the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
